Our booking policies are designed to create a seamless, thoughtful experience for every client. These policies help ensure your experience remains calm, intentional, and respectful for all.

  • All services are by appointment only. A valid card and/or deposit is required to secure your booking. By booking, you agree to the policies outlined below.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service total. No-Shows may be charged 100% of the service cost and or forfeit all future appointments with Auryx Aesthetics.

  • Please arrive on time to allow for a full and relaxing experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling, and repeat offenders will forfeit their ability to request future services. Full service price may still apply.

  • For the well being of all our clients, services may be declined if you arrive with a contagious condition, active infection, or undisclosed contraindications. If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, a consultation is always encouraged.

  • Every body and skin type is unique. While services are customized with intention and care, results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, disrespectful conduct, or failure to follow policies.
