ALL orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has left our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL..
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will happily make it right with a replacement.
LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
